About Tovia

Tovia is an early-stage ADHD coaching project operated by Zach Allen. Our mission is to make quality coaching more accessible. Coaching is provided by real people, with practical technology intended to support their work.

This website introduces the planned service and accepts early-access and SMS enrollment requests. Submitting a form does not purchase coaching, guarantee availability, reserve an appointment, or establish a coach-client relationship. Pricing and any separate coaching agreement will be presented before you purchase a service.

Using this website

Provide accurate information and submit only contact information you are authorized to use. Do not misuse the forms, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful content. Website content is general information. Coaching is not medical diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, or crisis care, and does not replace advice from a qualified health professional. We do not guarantee particular outcomes.

Tovia Coaching SMS program

Program status: SMS messaging is being prepared. You may submit an enrollment request now. Texts will begin only after messaging is available and Tovia confirms your coaching enrollment. This form does not send an immediate SMS.

What you are signing up for

The program is for adults 18 and older who want to communicate with their Tovia coach by text. Messages may include one-to-one coach replies, coaching check-ins, action-plan follow-ups, and appointment reminders. Coach replies are reviewed and sent by a person; this is not an AI chatbot. Appointment reminders may be automated. This consent does not cover promotional offers or unrelated marketing messages.

Consent, frequency, and cost

Enroll by entering your contact details at withtovia.com/sms/, checking the SMS consent box yourself, and submitting the form. The box is not preselected. You confirm that the number belongs to you or that you are authorized to enroll it. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies with your conversations, check-ins, and appointment schedule. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

Stop or get help

When the program is active, reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation of your opt-out; no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or email zach@withtovia.com. You can withdraw a pending enrollment request by email at any time. After opting out, contact us to arrange another way to communicate about coaching.

Availability and privacy

Messages may be delayed or undelivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Coaching texts are not monitored continuously and are not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. Tell us if your phone number changes or you lose access to it. Please avoid sharing sensitive health details over SMS.

Read the Privacy Policy for how we handle your information and SMS consent. We do not sell mobile information or share it with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Email updates and contact

The separate early-access email form subscribes you to Tovia launch updates. You can unsubscribe by emailing zach@withtovia.com. Joining that list does not give SMS consent.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. We will post the updated effective date and provide additional notice or request new consent where required. Materially different SMS purposes will require appropriate consent.
