Privacy policy

Tovia is an early-stage ADHD coaching project operated by Zach Allen. This policy covers withtovia.com, inquiries sent to us, and enrollment in the planned Tovia Coaching SMS program. Questions? Email zach@withtovia.com.
Information you give us
The early-access form collects your email address and interest in Tovia. The SMS enrollment form collects your name, email address, mobile number, confirmation that you are 18 or older, and your SMS consent. We record the consent wording, its version, the enrollment page, and the submission time supplied by your browser. Our received form emails also provide a receipt timestamp. If you contact us, we receive the information you include.
Please do not include diagnoses, medical records, medication information, or other sensitive health details in website forms or general email inquiries.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and manage early-access requests.
- Send email launch updates when you join the email list.
- Review SMS enrollment, arrange coaching onboarding, and maintain consent and opt-out records.
- When the SMS program is available and you have enrolled in coaching, deliver coach replies, check-ins, action-plan follow-ups, and appointment reminders.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and protect our services, and meet applicable obligations.
Email signup does not enroll you in SMS. SMS consent does not enroll you in promotional email or marketing texts.
Service providers and sharing
Our website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure. Website forms are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to Tovia's email inbox. Those providers process the data needed to host the website, deliver submissions, and maintain their services. If our coaching SMS program is activated, Twilio and mobile carriers will process phone numbers, message contents, and delivery information to deliver texts.
We do not sell personal information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own use. We provide the minimum information needed to service providers acting on our behalf to operate the program. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect people or the service.
Website technology
Tovia does not currently add advertising pixels or analytics trackers to this website. Hosting and form providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and security logs, and may use technologies needed for their services. External websites have their own privacy practices.
SMS choices
Participation is optional and consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on your coaching relationship and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. When messaging is active, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You can also withdraw consent before or after activation by emailing zach@withtovia.com. See our SMS terms.
Retention and your requests
We keep inquiry and enrollment records while needed for the purposes above, including managing your preferences and documenting consent. We may retain limited records to honor opt-outs, resolve disputes, or meet applicable obligations. You can email us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where required or permitted by law. Applicable privacy rights depend on where you live.
Security and service scope
No website, email, or SMS service is completely secure. SMS may appear on lock screens and may be accessible to people with access to your phone or carrier account. Avoid sending highly sensitive information by SMS. These website forms do not provide medical care or emergency support.
The planned coaching service uses real coaches. Any future use of AI to process client information will be explained during onboarding before it is introduced; the website enrollment form does not send your information to an AI coach.
Adults and updates
The SMS enrollment program is intended for adults 18 and older. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us. We will update this policy when our practices change and post the effective date here. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
