Tovia is developing accessible ADHD coaching delivered by real coaches. Our planned SMS service lets clients text their coach, with the coach responding from a workspace supported by practical technology. AI is intended to assist coaches behind the scenes, not replace the person you work with.
Coaching and SMS enrollment are not yet generally available. Join the early-access email list or request SMS enrollment. Neither form purchases a service.
